Assault on Gay Rights Activist Draws Wide Condemnation

Ljubljana, 26 June - The assault on a prominent Slovenian gay rights activist has drawn wide condemnation from the government, political parties and human rights bodies. Interior Minister Katarina Kresal called it a "cowardly act" and an "attack on the law-governed state and human dignity".
