Italy Reintroduces Border Checks Ahead of G8 Summit

Trieste/Ljubljana, 28 June - Italian police returned to the border with Slovenia on Sunday as Italy reintroduced border checks with its EU neighbours ahead of the G8 summit. Queues were reported from Slovenia's main border crossings with Italy throughout the day.
