Defence Minister Critical of Supplementary Budget

Ljubljana, 1 July - Defence Minister Ljubica Jelusic was critical of the drastic defence cuts envisaged in the second supplementary budget at a meeting with the parliamentary Defence Committee on Wednesday. She pointed out that a 20% cut in defence funds also reduces the readiness and the training and the security of the troops by a fifth.
