Delo Sceptical about Hail Prevention Project

Ljubljana, 7 July - In a time when spending should be reduced to minimum or at least very carefully planned, it is unusual to be throwing money out of the window for breaking or chasing away of hail clouds, a method which science has so far failed to prove effective, daily Delo says on Tuesday.
