Delo Ponders Nuclear Disarmament

Ljubljana, 9 July - Two superpowers in control of 95% of the world's nuclear arsenal, which they have been keeping to protect themselves from each other for the last six decades, have made another small step towards nuclear cuts during US President Barack Obama's first visit to Russia, daily Delo says on Thursday.
