Constitutional Court Clears Penal Code

Ljubljana, 14 July - The Constitutional Court has ruled that the penal code, which was in force before the lawmakers passed amendments to it in May, was in line with the constitution. The review, which has ruled the penal code applied to minors as well, was requested by the Krsko District Court.
