Paper Looks at Powers and Role of European Parliament

Ljubljana, 15 July - Commenting on Monday's maiden session of the new European Parliament, daily Delo says on Wednesday that the institution is actually the most important and at the same time the least elitist part of the EU, also because it is the only directly elected institution.
