Parliamentary Commission Begins Probe into MBOs

Ljubljana, 15 July - The parliamentary commission which is to look into the financing of management buyouts and examine legislation in the field held its maiden session on Wednesday, deciding to start collecting all information that could shed light on why it was possible to carry out certain MBOs in Slovenia in what is considered a controversial way.
