Ljubljana, 15 July - Please note that Miklavcic is being accused of securing Mollier a gain of EUR 3m while intentionally causing damage to Medicoengineering, and not of receiving EUR 3m for awarding the tender to Mollier as incorrectly stated in the report. The corrected version follows.
