Environmental Permit for Lafarge Cement Annulled

Ljubljana, 16 July - The Environment and Spatial Planning Ministry annulled on Thursday the environmental permit of the Slovenian Environmental Agency (ARSO) to Lafarge Cement, the Trbovlje-based subsidiary of the French cement maker. Lafarge will be prevented from burning waste until a new permit is issued, Environment Minister Karel Erjavec said.
