MPs Pass Changes to Insolvency Proceedings Act
Ljubljana, 17 July - Deputies passed on Friday amendments to the financial operations, insolvency proceedings and compulsory dissolution act, which make it easier for the creditors of insolvent companies to launch receivership. The vote was 77 to 1 for the changes.
