Minister: Human Rights Remain Priority in Stockholm Programme

Stockholm, 17 July - Justice Minister Ales Zalar told STA on Friday that the Stockholm Programme - a five-year action plan for cooperation on judicial matters and home affairs of the EU - did not put human rights second after security demands - which were the claims of many critics.
