Maribor, 18 July - Daily Vecer says on Saturday that the construction of Slovenian motorways has been in the hands of a strong construction lobby for the last fifteen years, which at the expense of the citizens increases the prices of the motorway projects. However, that those who point fingers carry even more blame.
