Govt Backs Online Active Participation Tool

Ljubljana, 23 July - The government backed on Thursday a proposal for a website aimed at encouraging citizens to actively participate in the government's policy-making process. Users will be able to contribute their opinions, initiatives and proposals, and if their input receives sufficient support from the website's users, it is forwarded to the relevant authority.
