Officials Say Chapel Testimony to Slovenian-Russian Friendship

Kranjska Gora, 26 July - Over a hundred of people, including high-level Russian and Slovenian officials, gathered at the Russian Chapel below the Vrsic mountain pass on Sunday in what has become a traditional ceremony to commemorate the deaths of Russian prisoners of war who died while building the pass during World War I.
