Dobrovnik, 27 July - Environment Minister Karl Erjavec opened in Dobrovnik (NE) on Monday a EUR 6.5m biogas power plant, which is expected to produce 8,500 megawatt hours of electricity and just as many megawatt hours of heat energy a year.
