Delo Urges Govt to Reform Welfare State

Ljubljana, 28 July - Daily Delo welcomes on Tuesday welfare measures the government has recently proposed, stressing how hard it is to reform the welfare state in a time of recession, but adding that it is high time to make social security policy fair and transparent.
