Abanka Vipa Half Year Profit Down 65% Y/Y

Ljubljana, 30 July - The group around Slovenia's third largest bank Abanka Vipa generated EUR 9.16m in pre-tax profit in the first six months of 2009, while net profit amounted to EUR 7.18m, which was 64.9% down year-on-year, the bank wrote in a pres release on Thursday.
