Rain and Winds Cause Fresh Damage in Northeast

Ptuj/Maribor, 4 August - Heavy storms and strong winds hit parts of Slovenia late on Monday. The situation was worst in the area around the northeastern city of Ptuj, where torrential winds peeled off roofs, toppled trees and downed electricity poles.
