POP TV: Cerani Said to Have Paid EUR 3m for 30% in Kolonel

Ljubljana, 4 August - Pierpaolo Cerani, the head of Italian company Iniziative Generali 96, paid EUR 3m for the 30% stake in Kolonel, the company through which former Pivovarna Lasko boss Bosko Srot controlled the bulk of Slovenia's beverage industry and two prominent newspapers, POP TV reported on Tuesday quoting unofficial sources.
