Presidents Kučan and Demirel on Economic Cooperation and War in Bosnia

Ankara, 6 June - Slovenia and Turkey have similar interests in bilateral relations, especially in the area of future economic cooperation, where they will try to reach a free-trade agreement. The two countries also agree in their views regarding the war in Bosnia-Herzegovina. They pledge for the establishment of peace, and for the protection of territorial integrity and sovereignty of this state, Presidents of Slovenia and Turkey, Milan Kučan and Suleyman Demirel, stressed after their meeting in Ankara on Tuesday. President Demirel accepted an invitation to pay a visit to Slovenia.
