Dnevnik: Prosecution No Longer Possible for Part of Patria Case

Ljubljana, 7 August - At least one segment of the Patria defence deal, which is being probed by Finnish and Slovenian investigators, has allegedly already fallen under the statute of limitations, Dnevnik reports on Friday. The daily points out that the Defence Ministry awarded the tender to the Finnish defence contractor more than three years ago.
