Delo Looks at Slovenia's Peacekeeping Strategy

Ljubljana, 18 August - Daily Delo points out that Slovenia is having trouble meeting NATO peacekeeping criteria which require that 8% of its army be involved in missions. The paper says that while Slovenia would like to bolster its presence in the Balkans, it is unlikely to succeed.
