Economist Warns Guarantee Scheme May not Have Desired Effect
Ljubljana, 19 August - One of the authors of the EUR 1.2bn loan guarantee scheme designed to revive bank lending to companies suggested on Wednesday that the scheme had been implemented too late to have any major effect.
