Justice Minister Says He Has no Influence over Prosecution

Ljubljana, 22 August - Neither the government nor ministers have the authority to instruct law enforcement institutions which crimes should be treated as priority, Justice Minister Ales Zalar told Saturday's issue of daily Vecer. "All we can do is ask them, but they are not obligated to listen," he explained.
