Prevent Management Denied Discharge for 2008
Slovenj Gradec, 24 August - The shareholders of seat cover maker Prevent Global on Monday voted against discharge of the company's previous management and supervisory board because of bad results. A representative of Nijaz Hastor, one of the major owners, announced that Hastor would challenge this decision in court.
