Minister Confirms 25 APCs Only Chassis With No Engine, Wheels
Ljubljana, 26 August - Defence Minister Ljubica Jelusic has confirmed a report that 25 armoured personnel carriers purchased from Finnish defence contractor Patria would come without basic equipment, such as the engine and wheels.
