Govt Changes Courts Law, Debates Alternative Disputes Solving

Ljubljana, 27 August - The government debated on Thursday a draft bill on alternative resolving of court disputes and amendments to the courts act. Justice Minister Ales Zalar hopes that the two motions will contribute to the reduction of court backlogs. The amended courts law also envisages a special department for fight against serious crime.
