Slovene Delegation and Consortium of Commercial Banks Reach an Agreement

Ljubljana, 9 June - SLOVENIA/CONSORTIUM/BANKS/AGREEMENT
Slovene negotiators and the International Coordination Committee (ICC) of foreign commercial banks (presided by Chemical bank) reached an agreement Thursday in New York on the terms of a transaction of Slovenia offering to its creditors to exchange part of their claims for new bonds issued by the state of Slovenia, Slovene negotiators told a news conference at their return from the United States.
