Slovenian Economy Grows 0.7% in Q2

Ljubljana, 31 August - Slovenia's economy grew by 0.7% in the second quarter of 2009 on the quarter before, the first rise after two consecutive quarters of negative growth, according to official data published on Monday. Still, Slovenia's GDP was down 9.3% at the annual level, the biggest contraction ever.
