Skimar Renamed Elan, No Discharge For Management and Supervisors
Begunje na Gorenjskem, 31 August - The shareholders of sports equipment group Skimar voted against discharge of the management and supervisory boards on Monday. According to chairman Roberto Ferko, the owners of the group, which has been renamed Elan after its most popular brand, said no because of unclarities in 2008 operations.
