Pahor Explains Deal with Croatia Based on Scrapped EU Proposal

Ljubljana, 13 September - Prime Minister Borut Pahor believes Slovenia can be very happy with the deal he reached on Friday with his Croatian counterpart, as Croatia pledged in written to resume talks on the border dispute on the basis of an EU proposal which sets down "a contact with the high seas".
