Trieste, 22 September - Italian businessman Pierpaolo Cerani, the 30% owner Kolonel, has launched legal proceedings against Slovenian banks which he believes have illegitimately sold off shares owned by Infond Holding, the company through which Kolonel used to control beverage group Pivovarna Lasko.
