Slovenia Signs Optional Protocol to Int Economic Rights Covenant

New York, 24 September - Foreign Minister Samuel Zbogar signed an optional protocol to the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Right in New York on Thursday, which gives the UN Committee on Social, Economic and Cultural Rights the power to accept and decide on complaints on violations of these rights.
