National Council Vetoes Part of Judicial Pay Reform Package

Ljubljana, 29 September - The National Council vetoed on Tuesday a part of the legislative package that is to align judges' salaries with two Constitutional Court rulings. While the council supported amendments to the public sector salaries act, the judicial service act and the state attorney act, the state prosecutor act was rejected without discussion.
