Ljubljana, 9 October - The extraordinary session of the National Assembly will discus on Friday the draft 2010 and 2011 national budgets, accompanied with the budget memorandum. The budget documents will be presented by Prime Minister Borut Pahor and Finance Minister Franc Krizanic.
