Maribor Mayor Calls for Coordinator of Culture Capital Project
Brussels, 8 October - Maribor Mayor Franc Kangler called on the Slovenian government in Brussels on Wednesday to appoint a state secretary or coordinator for the 2012 European Capital of Culture project, which will be hosted by Maribor and several partner towns. He hopes for a meeting with Prime Minister Borut Pahor and Culture Minister Majda Sirca.
