Ljubljana, 14 October - Parliamentary parties were reserved about Prime Minister Borut Pahor's announcement that he would nominate Henrik Gjerkes, a mechanical engineer from the northeastern region of Pomurje, to take over as local government and regional development minister. Opposition parties were divided, while the coalition welcomed the nominee.
