Ljubljana, 20 October - The 20th Ljubljana International Film Festival LIFFe, one of country's biggest cultural events, will transform Slovenia's capital and second-largest city into places of film as it kicks off on 11 November. A total of 106 films are expected to be screened at Slovenia's biggest film festival.
