EU Finance Ministers Fail to Distribute Climate Costs

Luxembourg, 20 October - EU finance ministers failed to agree in Luxembourg on Tuesday on a system of distributing the costs of financing the EU's switch to a greener economy. Slovenia reiterated its call at the meeting for a fair distribution based on the financial capacities of the countries.
