Ljubljana, 28 October - In reforming the budget, the government should eliminate the doubling of tasks in different ministries, take advantage of employees in the state administration, forget about tasks that are not urgently necessary and cut red tape in public procurement, business daily Finance suggests in Wednesday's commentary.
