Article 3b: Tribunal Shall Determine Slovenia's Junction to High Sea

Zagreb, 29 October - Two Croatian dailies on Thursday published on their websites the draft arbitration agreement on the resolution of the Slovenian-Croatian border dispute, of which Article 3b says that the arbitral tribunal "shall determine Slovenia's junction to the high sea".
