Research Official Hopeful Breakthrough Possible in 8-10 Yrs

Ljubljana, 3 November - Slovenia could achieve the desired development breakthrough if it keeps raising investment in research and development (R&D) as it did in 2009, a research official has told STA. However, there will be no increase next year due to budget restraints.
