Arbitration Treaty to Bring Solution to 18-Year Border Dispute

Ljubljana, 4 November - In a bid to resolve the 18-year dispute on the border line, Slovenia and Croatia will sign an agreement under which a five-member international arbitral tribunal will take a binding decision on the resolution of the dispute, which will have to be implemented within six months.
