Ljubljana, 4 November - Trends changed on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange after two days in the red on Wednesday. The SBI 20 benchmark index gained 14.76 points (0.34%) to 4,327.65, while the blue chips heavy SBI TOP was up 6.33 points (0.61%) to 1,050.30
