Footwear Maker Peko to Merge Subsidiaries

Tržič, 4 November - The supervisors of state-owned footwear manufacturer Peko confirmed on Wednesday the merger of its two Slovenian subsidiaries, PGP Trzic and PGP Inde, which together employ around 520 people. The company announced there would be no lay-offs, but the number of employees is falling through attrition.
