Experts Agree Constitutional Changes Necessary
Ljubljana, 5 November - A debate hosted by the Joze Pucnik Institute on Thursday showed that certain constitutional changes would be welcome. All three participating legal experts agreed changes were needed regarding the National Council, the upper chamber of parliament.
