Conference Concludes Corruption in Europe On the Rise

Nova Gorica, 6 November - Participants of the 9th annual conference of the European Partners Against Corruption (EPAC) agreed in Nova Gorica on Friday that corruption in Europe was on the rise and increasingly manifested itself in forms which represented violation of human rights, primarily the principle of the equality before the law.
