PM Pahor to Sign South Stream Agreement

Moscow, 14 November - Prime Minister Borut Pahor and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin are to sign on Saturday an agreement on the construction of the Slovenian leg of South Stream, a EUR 10bn gas pipeline with a capacity of about 60 billion cubic metres. Bypassing Ukraine, the pipeline is to supply gas to serve Europe's growing energy needs.
