Slovenia Passes CoE Chairmanship on to Switzerland
Strasbourg, 18 November - Slovenia finished on Wednesday its six-month term at the helm of the Council of Europe Committee of Ministers, handing the chairmanship over to Switzerland. The event in Strasbourg, France, was attended by Slovenian Foreign Minister Samuel Zbogar and his Swiss counterpart Micheline Calmy-Rey.
